"There Is Such a People"party (ITN) will engage in talks with "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" (PP-DB) if the coalition decides to fulfill the second government-forming mandate'', the chairman of the parliamentary group of ITN, Toshko Yordanov, said for BNR.

"Theoretically, there is a majority for a government, meaning there are enough political figures and parties that have stated it is better to have a technical, expert or programmatic government with a concrete program and clear goals. Whether it will happen, I don't know," said MP Yordanov. According to him, "Democratic Bulgaria’’ is in a very unpleasant situation because it knows what is right, while at the same time their political partner ''We Continue the Change'' is ''narcissistic and shortsighted".

Toshko Yordanov confirmed that "There Is Such a People" is ready to propose an expert government and to discuss this with all parliamentary groups. According to him, if the third mandate goes to ITN, the chances of its fulfillment are highest.
