"Velichie" parliamentary group collapses, the Atlantic Council calls for the formation of government

The Atlantic Council of Bulgaria has called on all "Euro-Atlantic-oriented MPs" to support the proposed GERB-SDS cabinet. If PP - DB do not wish to vote for the proposed cabinet, they can make its formation possible by not participating in the vote, the position of the Council reads.

The leader of the smallest parliamentary group of Velichie, Nikolay Markov, has resigned from the party. "As of today, I am terminating my participation in all meetings with the public, organized by Velichie. I call on my followers and sympathizers to spread the word in all populated areas in the country and abroad that Velichie consists of only Mr. Ivelin Mihailov and his a pseudo economic group of dependent people," Markov wrote on Facebook.
