45% of young people in Bulgaria prefer to work for a Bulgarian employer, according to a nationally representative survey conducted in May by online research agency JTN and Bulgaria Wants You (a platform that aims to provide development opportunities for young Bulgarians in their homeland).
The results show that the vast majority (89%) see their professional and personal development in the next 5 years in Bulgaria and believe that they can get better chances for career growth here.
