Grigor Dimitrov starts his participation at Roland Garros with match versus Aleksandar Kovacevic

Grigor Dimitrov will face Serbian-born American Aleksandar Kovacevic in his first match at Roland Garros. The Bulgarian tennis player is seeded 10th in the draw of the second Grand Slam tournament of the year, which starts today in Paris. If successful, he could play Hungary's Fábián Marozsán in the second round and possibly Chile's Alejandro Tabilo in the third. 


During his 14 appearances in the tournament's main draw, Grigor Dimitrov has reached the fourth round twice. 


In the women's event, Viktoriya Tomova will play Russian Ekaterina Alexandrova, seeded No. 16, for a spot in the second round. The best Bulgarian tennis player will try to achieve her first main draw victory in her third appearance in Paris.
