President Radev to visit the Vatican and the Italian Republic

On May 22 and 23, President Rumen Radev will visit the Vatican and the Italian Republic at the head of the Bulgarian delegation that is traditionally received in audience by the Pope on the occasion of the Day of Saints Cyril and Methodius, of the Bulgarian script, enlightenment and culture and of Slavic literature - May 24.

The President will also meet with the Vatican Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin. The Bulgarian delegation includes representatives of the Bulgarian Orthodox Church, the Catholic community in Bulgaria, representatives of state institutions and public figures.
