The Constitutional Court has rejected the request by President Rumen Radev to rule that the termination of Lukoil’s concession of oil port Rosenets is unconstitutional.
The decision was made unanimously by all sitting 10 judges, the Constitutional Court website writes. The text the president is disputing is in the transitional and final provisions of the Act on Control over the Application of the Restrictive Measures in View of Russia's Actions Destabilizing the Situation in Ukraine.
