Today, President Rumen Radev will receive caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev to discuss with him the proposed changes in the composition of the government.

The prime minister insists that the head of state signs a decree for the appointment of two new ministers - of foreign affairs and of agriculture. Dimitar Glavchev's idea is that he himself should deal with foreign policy after the release of Stefan Dimitrov, and that Georgi Takhov should become Minister of Agriculture in the place of Kiril Vatev.

Rumen Radev called "avant-garde" the proposal to combine the post of prime minister with that of foreign minister, but specified: "If Dimitar Glavchev insists on that, I accept all his proposals."
