The dismantling of the Monument to the Soviet Army can continue, the Supreme Administrative Court has ruled. According to the court’s decision, the ruling of the Administrative Court of Sofia-city regarding the appeal by the association Stand Up.BG for stopping the dismantling of the monument is unlawful.

According to the Supreme Court, the appeal is inadmissible, as Stand Up.BG have no legal interest in the appeal, i.e. the dismantling does not affect the rights of the complainants immediately and directly.
