Bulgarian teenager suspected of murdering homeless man in Dortmund

A 13-year-old boy from Bulgaria has been arrested on suspicion of killing a homeless Polish man in Dortmund, BNR correspondent in Germany Kapka Todorova reported. Video footage shows the teenager stabbing the man three times.

At the port in the city, the victim got into an argument with four Bulgarian teenagers and received stab wounds. Then the alleged killer, with the help of his friends, pushes the man into the canal, the wounded man managed to get out of the water, but died.

According to police and prosecutors, the fatal stabbings were carried out by a child ünder the age of criminal responsibility.

In addition to the alleged murderer, his three minor friends have been detained by the police.
