Gabriel Marinov won the gold, while Ivan Dimov grabbed the silver medal in the category of up to 61 kilograms at the European Weightlifting Championships in Sofia. Marinov’s result was a total of 281 kg after 121 kg in the Snatch and 160 kg in the Clean and Jerk. Dimov had one kilogram less (130+150), while Georgian Shota Mishvelidze took the bronze medal with a total of 272 kg.
