The rehabilitated 5th unit of the Belmeken Pumped Storage Hydro Power Plant (Belmeken PSHPP) has officially been opened by Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov and Energy Minister Rumen Radev, public service TV BNT reports.
The project is worth EUR 10 million, 70% of which from the Kozloduy fund, and manager of the programme is the European Bank, Minister Radev said.
