The majority of the world expects a troubled, not a peaceful 2024. Eight out of 10 citizens on all continents fear a potential nuclear war, rating the risk as moderate or high. In Bulgaria, 46% expect the new year to be more problematic in terms of world peace, 33% expect the year to be the same as the last one, 9% expect a more peaceful year and 12% have no opinion, according to the annual international survey of the Gallup International Association .
