No trucks from Romania are allowed through the Danube Bridge 2 near Vidin, the Oryahovo ferry and the border checkpoints Kainardzha and Krushari, Bulgaria’s Border Police said. 75 settlements are still without electricity, including 22 settlements in Silistra district and 21 in Shumen district. Nearly 140,000 households in Bulgaria are still without electricity. The day will remain without classes for 55 schools in 7 districts. 17 schools have shifted to distance learning.
