From March to July 2023, "Neftochim" exported fuels produced from Russian oil and the owner "Lukoil" accumulated 1 billion euros in profit for the Russian budget. The Center for the Study of Democracy points out two cargoes - 265,000 tons of diesel fuel delivered to the port of Rotterdam, and another cargo that reached Florida.
