There are nine appeals against the CEC's decision to cancel machine voting. The Supreme Administrative Court is expected to rule on them tomorrow (October 30).

If the Supreme Administrative Court overturns the decision of the CEC, it will be possible to organize voting in the Sunday runoff by machine voting. This was announced by CEC spokesperson Rositsa Mateva at a briefing.

"I am a staunch supporter of machine voting. The decision we made on Friday was the only right one, given the information we received. We know that in any case we will suffer criticism for a decision on this case," Mateva said.
