“Bulgaria is ready to welcome Israeli tourists during the winter season as a safe tourist destination. All precautions have been taken to guarantee the safety of our Israeli guests,” said Minister of Tourism Zaritsa Dinkova during a meeting with the Israeli ambassador to Bulgaria Yosef Levi Sfari.

Minister Dinkova, who, in her capacity of deputy minister of foreign affairs in 2021 was also national coordinator for combatting anti-Semitism, conveyed her personal solidarity with the human tragedy Israel is going through, and expressed concern over the increase in anti-Semitic rhetoric, rallies and attacks after the start of the terrorist attacks by the terrorist group Hamas. Minister Dinkova stated she condemns the terrorist act by Hamas against Israel which has claimed so many innocent lives.
