A run-off for mayor of the capital city is a certainty. Almost 120,000 voters, or a quarter of the expected voters have not made up their minds. This means that even the 4^th – Deyan Nikolov, and the 5^th – Vili Lilkov could have a shot at the run-off. The undecided could turn the election around, the polling agency says.
