The Sofia Open 2023 will take place in the period November 4 to 11 in the Arena Sofia and Sofia Hall in the Bulgarian capital city, the Bulgarian Tennis Federation has reported. Earlier, the federation announced that it refused to host the ATP 250 Sofia Open tournament due to the occupancy of one of the halls for the possible run-off of the local elections in Bulgaria.

However, after significant efforts, the problem was solved and the best tennis players in the world will once again come to Bulgaria for the eighth edition of the ATP 250 series tournament in Sofia. The Bulgarian Tennis Federation won the right to organize the competition, which was supposed to take place in Tel Aviv, but was canceled due to the conflict in Israel.
