The UN World Tourism Organization will prepare a Culinary Tourism Guide especially for Bulgaria, Secretary General of UNWTO, Zurab Pololikashvili, said at a meeting with Bulgarian Minister of Tourism Zaritsa Dinkova in Madrid.

Pololikashvili thanked for the Bulgarian participation in the 8th World Forum on Gastronomy Tourism in San Sebastian, Spain. "The presentation you made motivated us to promote the culinary and wine tourism of your country. I have personal impressions of Bulgaria and I know that you can offer a lot in this sphere," Pololikashvili said. Culinary tourism has been growing fast in the world and the Bulgarian wine and cuisine are impressive, the Secretary General added.

The guide will be distributed to all 159 UNWTO Member States and presented at various events of the organisation.
