British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak will agree on October 5 a bilateral initiative with Bulgaria to deal with organized crime related to illegal migration, 10 Downing Street. The agreement with Bulgaria provides for the exchange of information and practical support. It will come at the summit of the European political community in Granada, Spain.

Sunak will call for more coordinated action to tackle rising levels of illegal migration to Europe. In Granada, agreements for countering illegal emigration will be signed by Sunak with Belgium and Serbia.

The European political community, the brainchild of French President Emmanuel Macron, includes most countries on the continent, including non-EU countries such as Great Britain, Serbia and Ukraine, Reuters recalls.
