Boyko Borissov changes his version about Alexey Petrov's role in the forming of the cabinet

"I have never and under no circumstances met with Alexey Petrov", Bulgaria's Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov told bTV regarding the words of GERB leader Boyko Borissov yesterday that meetings were held with the recently murdered former adviser of the State Agency for National Security Petrov about the formation of a cabinet. 


The Prime Minister likened  and Alexey Petrov and the gambling tycoon Vasil Bozhkov who returned from Dubai a few days ago, to "shadows from the past" that are deliberately being brought out to divert attention from the work of the government. "These are people I don't know, the people in the cabinet don't know them either," he added.


Boyko Borissov today launched a different version - Alexey Petrov only helped with logistics, said the leader of GERB in Burgas. According to him, he himself, the co-chairman of "We Continue the Change" Kiril Petkov and the father of the former Prime Minister Petko Petkov took part in the talks about the composition of the government. 
"The claim that this cabinet is due to Alexey Petrov is speculation - he created the logistics for this to happen," concluded Boyko Borissov.
