Social tension has been growing among people working in two executive agencies of the Ministry of Agriculture - "Combating Hail" and "Fisheries and Aquaculture". They have declared their readiness to protest if their demands for a salary rise were not met, the Federation of Independent Trade Unions in Agriculture told BNR.

Because of this, the federation started a protest petition demanding a 15% wage rise. The average salary in both executive agencies is a little over 500 euros a month.
