Bulgaria and Serbia have equal indicators of 0.9757 and 0.9571 and are ahead of Croatia with 1.2141. Slovenia is rated at 1.7261, Albania at 1.84660, North Macedonia at 2.1717. The regional ranking is completed by Bosnia and Herzegovina with 3.0788 and Kosovo with 3.2863.
