Social services have helped bring 50,000 children back to school in past 6 years

More than 50,000 children have gone back to school in the past 6 years, the number of dropouts has gone down by 40%. This was announced by the members of the coordination mechanism for reaching, retaining and bringing children and pupils back to the system of education. More than 1,200 teams of social workers from all over the country will continue this process. The risk of dropping out of the system of education is highest with the older students who are in the 8th, 9th and 10th grade. More than 40% of the dropout cases are due to lack of motivation by parents and family.
