The Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria (CITUB) and its main members in the public sector are launching a series of protest actions from July 12 under the slogan " For Fair Incomes in Budget 2023 and Protection of Workers’ Labor Rights". The protest will take place in front of the official entrance of the National Assembly, where workers will demand meetings with MPs.

Next week, workers in state-owned energy companies will protest against the planned seizure of 100% of the companies' dividend, CITUB said.
