Weather forecast for June 23

Meteorologists say Friday will be hot

It will be sunny on Friday. In the afternoon, more clouds are expected over Central and Western Bulgaria. In some places, mainly in the mountains, short rainfalls are expected. The lowest temperatures will be between 16°C and 21°C, in Sofia - about 16°C. The highest temperatures will be between 31°C and 36°C, in the capital city - about 31°C.

The weather will be sunny and warm at the Black Sea coast. The highest air temperatures will be 25-28°C. Sea water temperature is 23-24°C.

It will be mostly sunny in the mountains, with afternoon showers over the western massifs. The temperature at 1200 m will be up to 24°C; at 2000 m up to 17°C.

During the weekend, a well-defined cold atmospheric front will pass through the country from northwest to southeast. Temperatures will drop. There will be short rainfalls with thunder and hail.
