Weather forecast for 19 June

Warmer start of the week, rain over Eastern Bulgaria

Monday will be mostly sunny over western Bulgaria. There will be clouds in the afternoon, but almost no precipitation. In the east, cumulus clouds will develop and in many places there will be brief, temporarily intense showers and thunderstorms. There will also be hail conditions. Minimum temperatures will be 14 to 19°C, in Sofia - 15°C. Maximum temperatures will be from 23 to 28°C, in the capital - 25°.

Over the Black Sea coast it will be cloudy and rainy. Maximum air temperatures will be 23-25°C. The sea water temperature will be 22-24°C. The sea swell will be 2-3.

In the mountains over the Eastern Balkan range, Strandzha and Sakar there will be short-lived, intense precipitation. The temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m will be up to 19°C, at 2,000 m - up to 11°C.

On Tuesday the warming will continue, with precipitation only along the sea.
