Chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev, as well as another prosecutor, received threats. This was announced by Geshev himself, in his personal Facebook profile, specifying that he was notified according to the established order, but was not familiar with the details, as he was on vacation.

"I'm sure the law enforcement agencies will do their job," Geshev says, adding that after the assassination attempt, it's hard to be scared. "I'm not afraid and I don't run, I fight. All the way!" Geshev declared.
