Bulgaria and South Africa will cooperate in the sphere of higher education. The Council of Ministers have approved a draft program between the governments of the two countries.
For the first time, a framework for cooperation in higher education between the two countries will be created. Student exchange programs and promotion of direct cooperation between universities are planned.
