A drawing by a young artist from Pleven has been awarded the highest distinction at the international visual art competition organized by the UNESCO centre in Troyes, France. The pastel drawing Legend of a Scarecrow earned 18-year old Victoria Ivanova the UNESCO prize, an honorary medal and a certificate, the Bulgarian news agency BTA reports.
