As of 31 March, after a series of bomb threats targeting schools on several consecutive days, there has been a new action protocol in such situations, signed by Minister of the Interior and Deputy Prime Minister Ivan Demerdzhiev, the Interior Ministry says. The decision whether to send the pupils home is not up to the school headmasters, it is up to the Interior Ministry, Chief Commissioner Petar Todorov explained.
