Parliamentary elections on 2 April are not at risk due to bomb threats in a number of schools across the country, although almost all polling stations are located in schools. Interior Ministry experts are developing a protocol to be followed in case of a report of explosive devices on voting day, which should be ready within two days, Chief Commissioner Petar Todorov, Interior Ministry Secretary General, said in Plovdiv.
A total of 102 bomb threats have been received on the e-mail accounts of educational institutions in the cities of Pleven, Sliven, Varna Burgas and Sofia, BNR reporter Yanitsa Marova said.
