The week in Bulgaria begins with sunny weather

On Monday minimum temperatures will be from minus 3°C over Western Bulgaria to 2°C in the rest of the country. In Sofia it will be minus 2°. During the day it will be sunny. Maximum temperatures will be 11°C to 16°. In the capital - 11°C.
On the Black Sea coast it will be sunny and almost quiet. Maximum temperatures will be 10-12°C. The sea water temperature is 8-9°C. Sea swell - 2-3.
It will be sunny over the mountains, too, but there will be strong north wind on the high and open parts. The maximum temperature at 1,200 m will be up to 4°C, at 2,000 m it will be minus 1°C.
On Tuesday, clouds will increase, however, temperatures will rise.
Over West and Central Europe and the British Isles it will be rainy and windy. Snow will fall over the Scandinavian Peninsula, European Russia and the Baltic. Warm air will penetrate from the west. Over the Balkans it will be sunny. In Athens it is expected to be -14°C, in Belgrade -16, in Instanbul it will be 9°C. In Bucharest and in Budapest, the temperatures will be up to 13 and 15°C. In Paris it will be 17°C, in London - 14°, in Berlin 13°, in Moscow 0°. The warmest will be in Madrid - 20°C.
In New York and Montreal it will be 5 and 3°C, in Vancouver and Chicago 9 and 4°C respectively. In Los Angeles it will be up to 13°C, in Miami 31°C, in Mexico City 26°C are expected, in Buenos Aires and in Rio de Janeiro it will be 34 and 28°C. In Dubai it will be up to 32°C, in Jerusalem and Tehran up to 24 and 20°C respectively.
