Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Friday, February 24

Clouds will form over most parts of the country on Thursday night with low chance of precipitation. There will be light easterly wind, moderate in Eastern Bulgaria.

It will be mostly cloudy on Friday. Rain is in the forecast for some areas, mainly in Western and Northern Bulgaria. There will be light wind, moderate in the eastern parts of the country. The wind will turn from the south-southwest in the afternoon hours. The lowest temperatures will range from 3°C to 8°C, for Sofia around 5°C. Daytime highs will range from 10°C to 15°C, for Sofia around 12 °C.

It will be mostly cloudy over the mountains with a chance of light snow in some massifs. It will rain below 1,500 meters.  There will be moderate to strong westerly and southwesterly wind. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters- around 7°C, at 2,000 meters- around 1°C.
