After a prolonged illness, one of the most recognizable voices from Radio Bulgaria’s Bulgarian-language programmes, Ignat Dimitrov has passed away. Besides anchor with Radio Bulgaria, his voice was also on the air, at 3 PM sharp on Horizont channel, with information about the Danube water level.
Through the years, Irzhi, as his friends and coworkers called him, has been editor, anchor, translator and voiceover narrator.
