Bulgaria reports 2 Covid-19 deaths in past day, registered active cases drop below 3,000

47 is the number of new Covid-19 cases out of 2,847 tests performed in the country in the past day, 6 down from the previous day. 72.3% of the new infections are among the unvaccinated. The positivity rate is 1.6% versus 1.76% the day before, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show. The number of active cases is down by 130 to 2,966.

11 patients have been admitted to hospital in the past day, 9 of them or 81.82% are not vaccinated. The number of patients being treated in hospital is down by 14 to 276, of them 38 are in intensive care.

Two patients with established coronavirus infection have died in the past 24 hours, one was not vaccinated. 175 is the number of recoveries reported.

135 doses of vaccine have been administered in the past day
