Bulgaria's military aid to Ukraine will be reviewed by the Constitutional Court

The Constitutional Court has opened a case at the request of 50 MPs of "Vazrazhdane" and "BSP for Bulgaria" parties, who want the decision of the parliament to provide military and technical support to Ukraine and strengthen Bulgaria's defense capabilities declared unconstitutional. The reasons for the request state that the decision "violated the principle of separation of powers" and that there was direct interference in the work of the executive powers.
