Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Saturday, January 7

Slight drop in temperatures expected on Saturday

Clear skies are in the weather forecast for Friday night. It will be mostly sunny on Saturday, with temporary increase in cloudiness in the northeastern parts of the country. There will be light westerly wind. The lowest temperatures will fluctuate between minus 2°C and 3°C, for Sofia around minus 1°C. Daytime highs will reach 8°C-13°C, for Sofia-around 9°C.

Over the mountains it will be mostly sunny. The wind will subside. However, there will be hurricane-force wind on open ground. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 meters will reach 6°C, at 2,000 meter- around 0°C.

Over the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny, with temporary increase in cloudiness. There will be light westerly wind. Maximum temperatures will fluctuate between 9°C and 13°C. The seawater temperature is 9°C-10°C Sea swell-1-2.
