Bulgarian satellite launched in space with first orbital flight of SpaceX for 2023

A Bulgarian manufacturer of satellites has announced the successful launch into orbit of the Platform-2 nanosatellite. The Bulgarian nanosatellite, together with 113 other satellites from 24 countries, was delivered to orbit  by the first flight for 2023 of Elon Musk's SpaceX company.

According to information of 24 Chasa daily paper, the Bulgarian telecommunications satellite BalkanSat is planned to be launched into space in 2023. It would provide services to the public and private sectors through the BalkanSat 30B system. The network will provide communications on the territory of Bulgaria and will be used by state and municipal administration, ministries, fire departments, hospitals and others.
