The second mandate for the formation of a regular government is in process, our own tenure is coming to an end, PM Galab Donev said before the start of today’s sitting of the caretaker cabinet.

“I urge you all to draft a brief and clear report, in your own sphere of competence and responsibility, of the work done since August, with a focus on the decisions which have had a positive effect on the life of people in Bulgaria. Imagine a 6-year old reading and understanding it,” Galab Donev said, addressing the cabinet ministers in the caretaker government.

“We are obviously rapidly heading towards a third mandate but let us wait and see what happens this week,” Vice President Iliana Iotova on her part commented. “I listened to what premier-designate academician Denkov had to say yesterday, apparently he has not lost all hope yet, so let us wait and see,” she added.
