In 2023 interest on home loans could go up by up to 5%, on consumer loans – by up to 10%, financiers say, citing the policies of the European Central Bank and the US Federal Reserve for harnessing inflation.

This, experts say, is a sign of the tendency that loan interest rates are going up. The average interest rate on mortgage credits is expected to reach 4-5% at the end of next year.
