The capital Sofia tops the ranking with an average monthly salary of EUR 1,221, or 37.1% higher than the average monthly salary in Bulgaria, data of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy show.
The total average income per household member amounts to EUR 1,199, which is 21% more as compared to the third trimester of 2021.
