Stefan Yanev noted that "Bulgarian Rise" is ready to hold government-forming talks with all parties represented in Bulgaria’s National Assembly. Military assistance for Ukraine should be based on the principle that if Bulgaria gives something, it should be immediately replaced, so that the capabilities of the Bulgarian army are not lowered, Stefan Yanev told journalist Silvia Velikova.
