The Ukrainian army has launched an operation to recapture the Kinburn peninsula on the left bank of the Dnieper, Ukraine’s Supreme Command Authority and the administration of Mykolaiv Oblast announced, AFP reported. The rough sea favours the operation, said the Ukrainian Armed Forces and did not provide any further details.
