Michele Placido wants to shoot his next film in Bulgaria. The popular Italian film actor and director announced this at a meeting with journalists in Sofia during the Cinemania festival.
"We want to throw a seed here as well. We plan to work on the next film this spring in Boyana Film Studio. There are wonderful professionals, filmmakers and a wonderful cinema audience here. In the spring, while we are working on the film, we will also hold a concert with Bulgarian musicians. This will be a gift to the Bulgarian cinema audience", said the actor and director, but did not reveal what the film would be.

"We will need a lot of people for this film. The project is very ambitious. But I can't say anything else," Placido said.
