The Office of the Ukrainian Prosecutor General has reported that 8,311 civilians died as a result of Russian aggression in Ukraine. 437 of the victims were children. More than 11,000 civilians were injured. More than 45,000 war crimes were registered, reports UNIAN.

Ukraine's electricity supply is under control despite a series of Russian attacks on the country's power system and there is no reason for people to panic, Ukraine's Energy Ministry said, as quoted by Reuters. Meanwhile, DTEK, the country's largest private energy holding company, said there was no emergency for people to leave Ukraine.

In recent weeks, nearly half of Ukraine's energy system has been severely damaged by Russian missile strikes. This prompted authorities in Kyiv to announce that electricity in the capital may have to be cut off entirely. Maxim Timchenko, CEO of the Ukrainian energy holding DTEK, suggested to his fellow citizens to consider leaving the country for 3-4 months or evacuating to the countryside in order to reduce electricity consumption, TV channel TSN reported.
