The Bulgarian bulk carrier Tsarevna which has been stranded in the Ukrainian port of Mariupol since the beginning of the war, is now sailing to the Kerch Strait, announced Nikolay Stefanov of the ship's operating company in Varna. He said it was not known for how long the ship would pass through the strait, but by the end of the day it would be clear when it would dock in Varna.

At the beginning of Russia's military actions against Ukraine caught the Tsarevna in the port of Mariupol. Some of the crew managed to evacuate - fourteen Bulgarian sailors and one Ukrainian arrived in Varna on 18 April. Five people remained on board, including the captain. The information is provided by Daniela Stoynova from BNR Varna.
