The Bulgarian National Radio has expresses its sympathy with the people of Ukraine, living in the conditions of war for almost 9 months, by joining together with dozens of European media in the initiative of the Ukrainian Public Broadcaster "Radio Dictation of National Unity”.

The radio dictation starts exactly at 11 o'clock Bulgarian time on 9/11/2022 and is a simultaneous reading on air and simultaneous recording by listeners in different countries of a previously prepared text. In this way, a peculiar Ukrainian-language flashmob with participants from all over the world is obtained.

The text is written by the writer and director Iryna Tsyliuk and will be dictated by the actress Ada Rogovtseva, who was awarded the title "Hero of Ukraine". The Ukrainian Antarctic expedition at the Akademik Vernadsky station, located on the icy continent, will also take part in the dictation.

The event has a long tradition, started in 2000, taking place on November 9 - the Day of Ukrainian Language and Literature.

The goal of today's initiative is to get more people in Bulgaria, and all over the world, who speak the Ukrainian language, to get involved in dictation.
