Negotiations on forming a government with GERB's first mandate will start tomorrow and will be led by a contact group, which includes former President Rosen Plevneliev and Atlantic Club President Solomon Passy.

The parties "BSP for Bulgaria" and "We Continue the Change" have already submitted written refusals to participate in the meetings

The formation of the contact group was announced by GERB leader Boyko Borissov immediately after winning the parliamentary elections. He said then that people with Euro-Atlantic positions would be invited to the negotiating teams.
