Boyko Borissov: Parties should unite around a cabinet of experts

GERB can not form a government because it meets a refusal for dialogue from We Continue the Change, which is the second largest parliamentary group. This was announced at a briefing by party leader Boyko Borissov.

"It makes no sense to talk about a first, second or third mandate, he said. It is not fair to waste time while we propose a minority government that will not be supported.
